This page describes a tool that can be used to convert ETABS models into SAP2000 models, and vice versa.

Important Note

Starting with version ConnectSAP2000v21andETABSv18Launch , internal version 10.0.21.18 , of this tool, customers must use SAP2000 v21.1.0 or higher, and ETABS v18.0.0 or higher, or this tool will not work correctly

Overview

The Connect SAP2000 and ETABS tool can be used to convert ETABS models into SAP2000 models, and vice versa.  In order to use this tool, the user must have both ETABS and SAP2000 installed on the same system. Using the latest versions of all CSI products is recommended. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are supported.
