Answer: The educational software versions have the following limitations:
- For SAP2000 and ETABS - – 30 joints for nonlinear problems and 100 joints for all other analysis types
- for For SAFE – 250 joints
Joints are counted before and after meshing. Limit applies to both, and this limit applies during both modeling and analysis.
