SAP2000 enables to automatically save desired results once the analysis is completed.

Define Database Table Named Set

Use "Define > Named Sets > Tables" menu command to create a named set for the tables that need to be exported:

Specify Output File

On the "Analysis Options" form (available via "Analyze > Set Analysis Options"), specify output to a tabular file as shown below. Once you run the analysis the program will create an Access or Excel file with the desired output.

h1. Define database table named sets

Create a named set for the database tables which will be [exported|kb:Export] by selecting Define > Named Sets > Tables, as shown in Figure 1:

h1. Specify output file

On the Analysis Options menu, available through Analyze > Set Analysis Options, specify output to a Tabular File, as shown in Figure 2:

Once analysis is run, an Access or Excel file will be created which contains the output specified.
