Define database table named sets
Create a named set for the database tables which will be exported by selecting Define > Named Sets > Tables, as shown in Figure 1:
Specify output file
On the Analysis Options menu, available through Analyze > Set Analysis Options, specify output to a Tabular File, as shown in Figure 2:
Once analysis is run, an Access or Excel file will be created which reports the specified output.
