Pipe support local axes can easily be rotated at any angle. Select 1 or more pipe supports, then Assign>Support>Local axes.
To connect a pipe support to another pipe or structure, select the support and the pipe or frame to which you want to connect then Assign menu>Support>Connection. In the example below a guide above and a pipe below are selected. You can connect using the shortest distance or to a specified Point ID.(point label). By selecting Shortest Distance, a joint was automatically added to the selected pipe which is now connected to the pipe above with a 2-point guide support. That means that both pipes are free to move in the axial direction, but any load in the vertical or lateral direction will affect the connected piping.
