Continuous bracing may be assigned along steel frame objects by using either of the following methods:
- Use the Design > Lateral Bracing command, available for AISC 360-05 and Canadian Code CSA-S16-01, to specify continuous or point lateral bracing for either the top, bottom, or both beam flanges.
- Use the Design > Steel Frame Design > View/Revise Overwrites command to assign a small unbraced length to beams which are selected for continuous bracing.
