Where are design error numbers explained?

Answer: Error numbers for concrete frame design are listed in Appendix E of the Concrete Frame Design Manual for Hong Kong Code of Practice for Structural Use of Concrete 2013. This resource is available within the software interface through Help > Documentation > Design > Concrete Frame Design. Also, its PDF version is available in the SAP2000 Installation directory/Manuals/Design/CFD-HK-CP-13.pdf.
